The Spiritual Workout: What It Really Takes to Grow in Faith

Rewards come... but not without hard work.
Not without showing up. Not without effort. Not without soul.
We know this in the gym.
You sweat. You shake. You push.
You face yourself — in the mirrors, in the reps, in the moments you want to quit.
But you don’t. 💪
Because something in you remembers:
🔥 The reward comes after the resistance.
🔥 The strength comes through the strain.
We accept that truth physically.
Spiritually? We forget it takes hard work too. To grown in faith takes losing parts of ourselves - losing the parts we cling to. It takes overcoming new challenges.
Your soul has its own workout.
And it’s pretty demanding.
This journey — the one that brings you into deep connection with God, your purpose, your truest self...
It’s not all rainbows & butterflies; however, I love both. 😍
It takes intentional focus.
...Spiritual sweat.
...Tears shed in private.
...Mental battles no one sees.
And surrender… when every part of you wants to hold onto control.
It’s choosing faith when doubt screams louder.
But the reward?
Ohhhh, the reward. 🤩
✨ To hear Him.
✨ To trust yourself again.
✨ To walk in alignment, even if the world says you're crazy.
✨ To feel peace that isn’t performative, but bone-deep.
There is no greater reward than waking up one day and realizing:
👉 I know who I am.
👉 I know whose I am.
👉 I know why I’m here.
And I’m walking in it — fully, freely, finally. ☀️
So if you're in the middle of your spiritual workout right now —
if it’s tough, confusing, or even lonely — let this be your reminder:
You’re not off track.
You're right on time & You’re being re-built. 🔥
Your reward is coming.
If you’re navigating a spiritual shift and craving grounded guidance, clarity, and a deeper connection with God — I’m here.
This is the work I do:
Walking with spiritually awakening Christians as they move from fog to faith, from fear to freedom.
You don’t have to figure this out alone. 🙌
